Tradition, technique, obsessive research of raw materials, are what characterizes his cuisine. He has lived and visited various cities around the world, a life full of meetings and experiences that he shared with very renowned colleagues who increased his professional qualities.
Winner of Hell’s kitchen Italia 2015 – the most famous and long-running culinary talent show in the world, hosted by Chef Carlo Cracco, and broadcast on Sky Uno. With the victory he earned the position of Executive Chef at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at the Forte Village Resort in Sardinia in 2015.
The victory also earned him the position of Sous Chef in subsequent editions of Hell’s Kitchen. Not only cooking courses and team building, but also synergies with important brands such as: San Pellegrino, Birra Moretti, Coop, Bimby, Aprilia, Falconeri, Samsung, Smeg, Novotel, Philips etc… Now he deals with catering consultancy for start up restaurants and restyling of existing formats. He manages a consultancy catering project called “Aesthetic Kitchen”, gourmet catering that gives free rein to the creative and aesthetic cuisine that distinguishes it; Through its social channels it cultivates a community whose common thread is lifestyle and cuisine. In 2020 he opens his Youtube channel!
