Born in 1990, Mirko grew up near Bergamo but belongs to an international culinary world. As well as being communicative, theatrical and engaging, he is also a great lover of fashion. His stand out personality has resulted in many appearances on television shows, in national newspapers and food events such as GourmArte in Bergamo, Salone del Mobile in Milan and Salone del gusto, Eataly in Turin.
Tradition, cooking techniques and an obsession with finding the best ingredients characterise his style. He has lived in and visited different cities of the world and has had a life full of meetings and experiences with those renowned in the food industry, which have enhanced his professional qualities.
Winner of Hell’s Kitchen Italy 2015, one of the most famous and long lasting cooking shows in the world, presented by the chef Carlo Cracco, and shown live on Sky One in Italy . The victory earned him the position of Executive Chef at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at the Forte Village Resort in Sardinia in 2015.
He was also awarded the position of Sous Chef in the following three seasons of Hell’s Kitchen due to his performance in the show.
In addition to cooking classes and team building activities, Mirko also collaborates with leading brands such as San Pellegrino, Birra Moretti, Aprilia, Igor Gorgonzola, Samsung, Smeg Kitchens, Philips, Novotel, etc. Today he deals with food consulting for new and existing restaurants. He runs a startup project called “Aesthetic Kitchen”, a gourmet catering company that includes all his creative and aesthetic ideas that distinguish him. Through his social media channels he has cultivated a community that has lifestyle and cooking as a common theme. In 2020 Chef Ronzoni opens new Youtube channel!
